Returns
Due to the nature of our products (Health Care Drinks, Ayurvedic Medicines, and Skin Care), we can only accept returns if the product is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent.
You have [7] days from the date of delivery to notify us of a return request.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [5-10] business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hoapind@yahoo.in.

Opened or used cosmetic/herbal products.
Perishable health drinks (unless expired upon arrival).
